ALPOA is joining up with the ALGCC Scholarship Committee to raffle off chances to be the first person to get to go down the slide at our new swimming pool on Opening Day! The winner may take the first trip down the slide or select someone else (child, grandchild, Tom B?) to take the plunge. Tickets will go on sale April 20 and will be available from any ALPOA Board Member or Scholarship Committee Member. Tickets are 1 for $5, or 5 for $20.

March 2024

MEETING DATE/TIME:  The 2024 ALPOA, Inc. board meets on the 2nd Thursday each month at 1:00 PM in the Spencer meeting room for anyone who would like to attend. The next meeting is March 14.  I would like to correct an error in last month’s article. I mistakenly wrote Nancy Kriegel as a new board member, but it is Melissa Kriegel. My apologies to her!
 
Love Is In The Air Valentine’s Lip Sync Show was a hoot and holler! We’d like to thank all of the cast members who participated in this hilarious show celebrating Fairy Tales and Funky Tunes. We offer a special thanks to Dedra Mergele and Nancy Buffone for all their hard work as show hosts, directors, etc. Also, a big shout out to Caleb Lund, who handled all our sound and songs.
