A note to The Outlaw from Craig Maldonado. Outlaw's new F&B Director:
As many of you have no doubt heard, Venessa has left the Outlaw. She and her
husband have decided to return to the Florida panhandle area to live. Venessa was
integral in transitioning The Outlaw into the vibrant clubhouse it is today.
I will be taking over the position of the Outlaw Food and Beverage Director on March 1. The outstanding staff at The Outlaw will remain in place as we go forward. Jose has already developed March’s Daily Special calendar! Many members have already talked to me about any changes. I believe “if it’s not broke, you don’t fix it.”
Venessa and I had a few meetings prior to her leaving to discuss a list of new ideas/menu changes she was hoping to implement this summer; I plan on working to execute them.
