It sure has been a long time coming, but spring weather is finally arriving in most locations !
Golfers in colder regions ideally like to start playing and working on their games in March so that when April rolls around, it doesn't feel like they are learning how to play golf for the first time.
The bad news is that many are getting a late start this year because of what seemed like an endless winter.
Here are a few tips to help you jumpstart your game for the 2023 season:
1. Check your grips; make sure that they are not dried up or hard. A simple cleaning with glass cleaner
sometimes will fix this, but you may need to have your clubs re-gripped before season.
2. Set goals for your upcoming season.
3. Start your training with short game drills.

4. Stretch every day. I believe that stretching is more important than lifting weights. This will help you to become more flexible and can help fight off injuries.
