Greetings! Spring has sprung! It is nice to see some green grass on our golf courses; long time coming. We are ready to kick off the 2023 golf season. As you can see, the tournament calendar is on the club website. If you click the link, it will take you right to the Golf Genius web portal. From there you can navigate about by way of each association (AL9GA, ALGA, AMGA, MIXED COUPLES, and OTHER EVENTS). Each tab has it’s own calendar and other pertinent information. All association play days and mixed couples events will have invitations sent out two weeks prior to each event where you can sign up for it right from that invitation. All other events will have separate registration where that information is noted under that event.
KACHINA DOLL AND SNOWCAPPER TOURNAMENTS: Specific information for each of these tournaments will go out in separate correspondence. Both registrations will be on GOLF GENIUS. This information will be emailed soon with dates, information, and registration instructions.
2023 MERCHANDISE:
Our new merchandise is coming in by the day. We have lots of new looks and beautiful new lines that we are excited about. As this is coming in daily, we should have everything visible, displayed, and ready for sale before April is complete. Come in to either Golf Shop and find your size!
HOURS OPERATION:
For April, our hours of operation in the Golf Shops are 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. The first tee time will be 8:00 AM through April as well. Frost or inclement weather could affect these hours. Please see notes on Foretees or call the Golf Shops.
AERATION COURSE CLOSURE DATES:
ALTO LAKES – 4/17-4/18(MONDAY-TUESDAY)
OUTLAW – 4/19-4/20(WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY)
PREPAID CLUB CART FEE PROGRAM:
We have had many members sign up for this program so far. This is an option to prepay your CLUB-OWNED CART FEES for the fiscal year (APRIL-MARCH). This annual fee of $1,000 plus tax covers your cart fees for that time, and is unlimited regardless of how often you play. Please inquire in the Golf Shop if you have further questions.
HOLE IN ONE REPORT:
We have no holes-in-one to report.
Are you in the Hole-in-One Club? If you are interested please contact, Charisse Wadsworth at [email protected]. The program costs $5 per person and reloads each time a hole-in-one participant makes a hole-in-one. Each Golf Shop has a simple form to fill out should you have one. Inquire at either Golf Shop for the form.
Looking forward to a great season.
We’re glad you’re here.
Sincerely,
John Rogers, PGA
