February 2023

Love – A term used in tennis instead of the word ‘nil’ or ‘zero.’

Ah, February, the month of Love.  In between February's famous mountain snows, Alto Lakes tennis players love to hit the Outlaw courts. Either start in the morning when the air is brisk and fleecy warm-ups keep your muscles warm, or choose the afternoon and shed layers as play heats the courts. Although courts are unlikely to be full, reserve on Foretees to assure a usage count (visit>Members>Foretees>Courts>Reservations>dropdown menu Make or Change Reservations). It's easy.
